Its a horse, obviously, which is covered with flowers in the summer. They will likely both be back in shape by May, time will tell.

I guess its one of those topiaries that people put in their garden? I thought it might also have been a decorative hay stack. I’ve not seen anything like this before. Very creative.

Topiary, yes. I’ve taken photos of the horse in full bloom but never kept any. This is at the entrance to a place called Cherry Crest Adventure Farm.
