Typically we like smooth reflections, but this effect is beautiful as well.

If I had my tripod I would have used a slower shutter speed. As it was I had to dodge cars driving through the bridge. I’m looking into getting a ball head for my monopod for places like this.

Its not so secret, there was a pregnant woman wading in the river (not shown) with a professional photographer shooting her as a family of ten watched nearby.
