I’m trying to remember, it is a long road down to memory lane. Such a beautiful picture. I need to look up other words for ‘beautiful’ to comment on your posts 🙂
I don’t think it’s possible to be out of influence of the world. But it’s possible to feel that others (and their expectations) and you are not the same. It can make the influence feebler.
I like your reflection!
First of all its been said that life is suffering. Its also been said that despite complaining about it people like to suffer. And suffering can be a great motivator for change. Put a fork in me I’m done! (Вставь вилку в меня, я сделал!)
Well, if you enjoy your sufferings I can leave you with them. If no I will continue to write you dozens of letters unless you say stop it.
The translation shouldn’t be literal, I googled and got it!
Thanks Larry but I always had the impression that you were Mister Zen. Did it really take you your whole life to discover who you are? Anyway, I wonder if the quote more than the image resonates with people, I came very close to deleting it and I’m still not sure I like it. But as I said I’m going to leave it as a commitment to letting go of perfectionism.

Next time I’ll wait a bit before commenting 🙂 Although I’m a strong believer in the ‘first feeling’, that is mostly the right one.

Thanks Alena, and that is why I wanted to live in a cave. For some reason though my parents made me go to school.

Parents are influence too.
I suppose cave is too cold and uncomfortable, not like a bed 😉

You’re right Mrs. Shminke, its never too late. But now that I’m older and possibly wiser I realize that I’m not really a cave person anymore.

I don’t offer you to live in a cave 🙂 Still I believe that life can become easier and happier for you.

I not only enjoy my sufferings but I’m a card carrying masochist. Stop it.

You actually first found me and began to write me, so, apparently, you have to endure me as well.

I can’t. But I’m starting to discover that person now. Beautiful composition … very nicely balanced.
